Major cleanliness concerns

We had a decent experience with prompt check-in and had access to a comfortable king-size bed, making for a cozy night despite some hiccups.

However, the room was not as clean as we expected, with notable dirt in corners and a lingering unpleasant smell. We encountered excessive noise from the nearby busy road.

the room was in no way special, just a dirty place with a roach i stepped on, how charming! a rusty shower curb seemed like the final touch in this remarkable experience, and how could they have not given me a complimentary bottle of water? i almost wanted to give them a good review, but alas, i just couldn't.

After a few busy days exploring the Port of Tampa, we loved our relaxing stay. The check-in was swift, and the overall room cleanliness made for a pleasant experience while accommodating our three young children. Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a bonus for us!
